■Submission Terms and Conditions

• All intellectual property rights relating to the materials provided by the company as part of this campaign will remain the property of the company.
• Participants may use said materials only for the purposes of submitting to this campaign. Any modification of the materials other than adding comments is also prohibited. The use, redistribution, or any other application of the materials for commercial or for-profit purposes is strictly prohibited.
• If any of the following apply to submitted content, said submission will be disqualified from the selection process. Additionally, action may be taken to remove any content that is determined to fall into the following categories after it has been posted.
  • Submissions that do not fit the specified topics or meet the submission requirements.
  • Submissions that either infringe or may potentially infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, or any other rights of a third party.
  • Submissions that either offend or may potentially offend public decency and moral values or that cause discomfort to a third party.
  • Any other submissions that violate these Terms and Conditions or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by the company.
• Submissions will be selected at the sole discretion of the company. Selections will be announced on such sources as the company's official website and official social media. The name and icon of each participant's Twitter account may also be introduced at the time of said announcements. Note that by making a submission to this campaign, you consent to the potential posting of your Twitter account name and icon.
• The following will be ineligible to make a submission to this campaign.
  • Twitter accounts that are set to private.
  • Twitter accounts that do not follow the official Street Fighter account (@StreetFighterJA).
  • Submissions that do not include one of the specified hashtags.
  • Submissions that we determine have violated these Terms and Conditions or Twitter's own Terms of Use.
• The company will not provide confirmation of selection or any inquiries concerning acceptance or rejection. Thank you for your understanding.

■Handling of Participants' Personal Information

The company will collect the following personal information as part of this campaign.

• Twitter account (including account name and icon)
  The personal information thus collected will be used for the following purposes and nothing else.
• The operation of this campaign (including selection by the company and posting to the company's official website and official social media as stipulated by these Terms and Conditions)
• Any other personal information that is handled by the company will be handled in accordance with the stipulations under the "Privacy Policy" and "Handling of Personal Information (Disclosure Stipulated by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information)" as found on the company's official website.
